Cancellation
1. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact QUTOYS Customer Service at support@qutoys.com within 24 hours of purchase to cancel your order free of charge.
2. In most cases, your order will be processed and shipped on the same day. Therefore, once the order has been submitted, cancellation may be limited. However, we will do our best to coordinate with the carrier to intercept the shipment whenever possible.
3. If your order cannot be canceled and you no longer wish to keep the item, please contact QUTOYS Customer Service (support@qutoys.com) after receiving the package to request return instructions. Please note that the product’s inner packaging must remain unopened; otherwise, the return cannot be accepted.
4. Once your return is processed and the refund is completed, you will receive the refund within 3–7 business days, depending on your bank’s transfer process. If you have not received your refund beyond this timeframe, please contact us immediately.
Warranty
All our products are eligible for one year warranty from date of purchasing. Within one year, for the quality reason (damage, doesn’t work properly, etc.), customers must provide the proof of the defective to us (picture, video, etc.), we will send a replacement or issue the full refund to customers after approved.
Returns
1. Due to the intimate nature of the items we sell, we only accept returns that are unopened and have intact packaging and tags. This is because we need to ensure that each product is brand new. This is for the health, safety and peace of mind of our customers.
2. Once the package is opened, the products are considered used, and therefore cannot be returned unless defective.
3. If you plan to return a product, please show us the pictures of the unopened package within 1-year of purchase by email. After we confirm the status of the package, we will provide you with a return address. Return shipping is at your own expense.
4. Please allow up to 3-4 weeks for us to receive and process your return. If you have a question at any time regarding the status of your return, you can request an update at support@qutoys.com.
5. The above applies to, but is not limited to, the following scenarios:
(1)Return due to change of mind.
(2)Return due to purchase of the wrong product.
(3)Return because you don't need it anymore.
(4)Return due to the price.
Refunds
Once the defect is approved or the return is received, the refund will be returned to the original payment account within 7 days.
Different processing times of banks may delay the actual receipt of the refund.
